  • implementation of the accredited DVPP educational program for social services, retraining courses, issuing certificates and invoicing
  • implementation of an unaccredited educational program - further education for nannies, issuance of certificates and related invoicing
  • implementation of an unaccredited educational program for the public and related invoicing
  • compliance with our legal obligations

b) With regard to the above purposes, we only process the data that you provide in the contract (application or order) with us, or the data that we obtain from you during the performance of the contract, i.e. (with regard to the above-mentioned type of education):

c) The processing of your personal data for the purposes of performing the contract is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract and the provision of performance by us. ÚThe information provided on the certificate (in the case of accredited or compulsory education) is prescribed by the relevant ministries that decide on the granting of accreditation. of the relevant educational program. In the case of accredited education, we process data that is strictly necessary for implementation - delivery of the service, invoicing.

  1. Do you need my consent to process data?

  1. Who is the controller and who has access to my personal data?

The controller is the person who not only processes your personal data, but above all determines the purpose and means for this processing..

We use third-party services, such as service providers, intermediaries and suppliers, to support internal website functions, to assist with website administration and functionality, and to develop applications.   1. How long do you process my personal data?

We retain your personal data for the duration of the contract you concluded with us by registering for the training, i.e. implementation of the educational activity, issuance of certificates and invoicing.

After the end of the contractual relationship, we continue to store data if this obligation arises from legal regulations (archiving certificates, attendance records and accounting).

Another reason for retaining personal data even after the termination of the contractual relationship is to exercise our claim, which still persists (e.g. recording and recovering the amount owed).
